The cable has been parted out according to the seller, but it would be dirt simple to wire up a PS/2 cable to this and use a PS/2->USB adapter, or wire up a teensy/micro and use USB.

It's also missing the IBM logo on the front.

At the moment there is an offer pending on the listing.
