How to get the cool HHKB title?

Title! Got a lovely HHKB Type-S for my birthday, wondering if it's possible that I could get one of those cool little titles under my username? Thanks! :D

It's from a thread from... last summer? I couldn't find it again, but it was something like "HHKB secret club" or something
