Is it possible to remap the additional keys on Ducky keyboards

I want to change the top 4 keys on the Ducky 9008 to something else.

You could with Autohotkey.  You may need to follow the instructions in the Special Keys section on this page (or maybe they count as some of the other buttons in the lists above it):

They don't have scancodes, so I doubt it.

Hmm?  You can set up a script so that it has multiple things bound at once.  Like I have a script that makes alt+up increase volume and alt+down the opposite and a few other things.
