There all NIB ones, the boards the caps are attached to are integrated Alps dome switches, if you only want the caps it would be -$5 off the original price for the caps only since the caps are the best part of the board. The caps are the same height and can be used in any row configuration, two sets can make a HHKB layout.

which key has a broken stem on the one set, and could you post a picture so I can fully see the layout?

Sure, two sets can make a HHKB layout, and the plate it comes with can fit SKCM Alps switches so if you manually wire the switches the layout can be used as it is.
