IBM 3178 terminal keyboard. Would be good for modding - i'd get one myself but I can't afford the shipping atm.
They use Model F-style capactive buckling springs. There's a pic of the guts of one on Sandy's page.

That's because it is a Mod C2 keyboard... Did you read the title of the thread?
Unless you're saying that IBM made a standalone typewriter that used a similar design?
