It's like the Shine 4 and the Corsair RGBs had a baby with an iPhone.
Looks like it would be fun to play with, but I use an Android phone and I'm a dedicated Swype user who resents those few times I have to peck in a fantasy name/word that isn't in my dictionary yet. Still, if an android version comes out, I'll probably get it anyway, just for fun.
I applaud it for going in that direction though, Swyping on a large screen in landscape mode can get tiring when I've used it on a tablet, I can see a split implementation with combination tap/swiping being probably the most comfortable choice for that. I'm a firm believer in swiping being superior to pecking for mobile input, though, as it solves a lot of the problems of large fingers on a small screen and the lack of feedback. It's always seemed silly to me to try to directly emulate an input method designed for use with a physical medium with tactile feedback on a featureless piece of glass.
