All three of the pictures in the OP are black Alps switches (of the early variety; noticeably nicer than later black Alps switches, and fairly similar to salmon Alps IMO) and Alps-made doubleshot keycaps. Some use ADB protocol, and others use a different protocol I believe.

Anything else specific you want to know?

There is also a rubber-dome variety which can be identified by the Power, Brightness and Volume keys being round buttons instead of proper keys.
