Crappy picture makes it hard to tell.  Potentially the top two, maybe, on an extreme outside chance, the second from the bottom on the right, but they all look like junk to me.

100% confident they're all domes.

The top right looks like it could be a Dell QuietKey. There exist several models that look almost the same, of which early models are considered to be one of the better rubber dome keyboards.

The two at the front (1,2) and the one on the right above them (3) look like keyboards from BTC. Switches should be rubber domes with sliders. All keycaps that are not stabilised should be compatible with Cherry MX. I am more confident of (3) than the others..
However, the keycaps are quite yellowed, are of ABS and probably have laser-etched legends but the profile and texture should be very close to Signature Plastics' DCS profile and compatible with O-rings. I have BTC keycaps on my ErgoDox.

Thanks guys.  They are being sold for $3 each, so if any of them were alps or MX I would have picked them up just for the switches.  No need to waste my time with them if they are rubber dome.  :)

IBM at top right might be an M2

staring at My M2 (and typing)  doesn't appear to be as the front bezel is one curve where the M2 has a very definite split running length-wise 1/2 inch below the spacebar.  Also there is no logo on the top left.  it is top right on the indicator light sticker.  It definitely looks like a Dell Quiet Key to me.

Visit the Typing Test and try!

Yeah, top rightlooks like a Quietkey.  Bottom right two have a big ass enter and funky sized Esc key and look to be RD.  All the IBMs look like RDs.  The only one leaving me wondering is top left, but it's likely RD as well.

There’s no way any of those is an M2. M2 keycaps are in a different color scheme from any of those keyboards, and PBT (while all the ones in the picture are clearly yellowed).

I agree with jevvix, 100% domes.

Thanks all. No need to follow up with them then. I did ask for better pictures of the too two as well as pics of the backs of them. If I get that, we will know for sure.

Top/left is definitely an IBM rubber dome. IBM M2 has a 1u space between numeric and function key rows and no "pen slot" above the function keys. Also, I've never seen any M2 with windows keys, or where the case or keys have yellowed.
