Nine IBM M3 numpads

Well it's rubber dome. However at the very least, it's decent domes.

I thought these were the same "buckling rubber sleeve" as the M4 they pair with?
... or is that IBM marketingspeak for "rubber dome"?

correct, buckling rubber sleeve is rubber dome, though from what I've heard pretty nice feeling still. 

I really would love to have a IBM buckling spring numpad but they are mad rare :(.
