Looks like the first two letters are messed up on the billboard (the edited-in text below is given for reference and thus also spelled correctly). Why one would want to put Braille lettering there to begin with is another question. Makes you wonder what some people are thinking.
Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D
