What types of KEYCAP engravings are there?

Hello all,

What types of this technique exist? I know there is Laser method of burning the requested font in various colors.
What othjer methods are there and what differs them?

Just ask the omniscient wiki. ;) If you want to see macro shots of the various types, I can look for those too (a number of 'em are floating around here).

Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).
