This is so cool. Will have to keep my eyes on it, but I am sure it will be wayyy out of my price range by the time it is finished.  :p

11 hours left and no bids?  I'm surprised.  It's a rare board and cheaper than a Hi-Pro.

Shhh. Don't bump this up.  ;)  I will keep an eye closer to the end-date, but I suspect it will go high in the last few minutes...

Probably because JIS layouts are terrible.

People seem to love the JIS HHKB.

The layout is terrible if you leave it as is (in particular the enter and right shift are comically far away, and that backspace is awful), but put some programmable firmware in there and this layout has a lot to work with; you can end up with something dramatically better than e.g. ANSI. In particular I think it would be great if you shift the right hand over by 2 columns by moving keycaps from the right side to the center, and use a thumb key for backspace.

Nonsense.  Let us know how 35g switches feel if you wouldn't mind.  Glad someone here got it.

If you decide you don’t want it, I doubt you’ll have any problem reselling it for the same price or higher.

Hopefully, it was expensive after shipping/duty/currency conversion.. I guess I shall wait and see how it is.  :D
