Not sure if you're only open to proxy via users here, but From Japan is pretty popular for buying stuff from yahoo japan auctions.

yeah, tried a proxy site and didnt work properly.

Dang the bids went up pretty quickly, it seems that they can extend ending time on yahoo auction too, weird.

Yep, me too. I saw this a day before this got posted. Although, in this case, I don't think it's people from GH bidding high. I could be wrong though.

What I hate more is yahoo's extension rule.

Yeah, but my guess is that a japanese guy will not go as high on a Yahoo bid since he might find this in an other way for cheaper. I think Yahoo is pretty open to us (non-japanese people), and that make prices go higher.

Edit: and yeah, Yahoo extension rule is terrible!

Hmm, any idea if it is buckling spring? Couldn't really find any references to it online. Not sure if there were buckling spring boards made in Japan.  Only ever seen USA and UK ones.

It's the keypad for the IBM 5576-003. Brother-made buckling springs... probably manufactured to IBM's design.
