KBParadise V60MTS DIP switches

Just got the KBParadise V60MTS, but the mode stuck on the most annoyed mode to me: all DIP switches turned on.
I just couldn't get it behave in default mode.

Any idea what can I do beside sending this keyboard back?

KBParadise ask it to be RMA...
