I have an 83-key XT Model F in good shape. These keyboards have four circular pads underneath them with a diameter just greater than a quarter. Unfortunately, time has worn away the adhesive and all have fallen off. You can see what they look like here:

Anyone know where I can get replacements from? If I can find replacements, what kind of adhesive should I use to get them to stick the metal back of the keyboard?

Most electronic retailers will probably carry something you can cut to size.
If you're US based, then DigiKey, Mouser, McMaster-Carr are likely suspects.
If you're UK Based, then Maplin Electronics, Farenll, RS Components.

It might be most effective (if you want the original look) to just get thin cork board and get some double sided tape. And cut the cork to the desired size/shape and adhere.
You can get all of the above at a craft store or even a hardware store.
If however you just want some sort of non slip pad, just go to an electronic store, craft store, hardware store and pick something similar out(non slip rubber feet/pads). It shouldnt matter what you use, unless you want that authentic look.
And last but not least If for some reason those options don't seem like a good fit for you, then I might have another option.
good luck

Use some shelf liner (the rubbery-grippy kind). That keyboard won't be going anywhere.
