Could be hall effect, could be foam over foil, I'm sure someone knows what it is, but I don't.  All I know is it's a cool looking old board and someone might like it at a low price.

Key Tronic foam and foil. Linear (springs), not tactile (buckling rubber sleeves). Looks like a very nice keyboard. I hope someone here gets it, cleans it up and converts it to USB.
