Dyed my keycaps with iDye Poly. Could not be happier.

I finally got fed up with not being able to find the colors I wanted (dark purple and turquoise) so to hell with it, I said. I'll just make my own!

Got a cheap set of blank PBTs for $20 and iDye Poly off of Amazon and bam, I love it!





Anyone else dye caps? I'd love to see!

That is cool! I wonder what the wear resistance is on that? I have heard of dyeing keycaps, but that is very striking.

That is cool! I wonder what the wear resistance is on that? I have heard of dyeing keycaps, but that is very striking.

I would assume no wear, it's the plastic itself that is colored. You'd have to sand it down quite a bit to remove the color.
