Good for someone looking to try out MX Browns or want to harvest some switches or otherwise just want to spend their money on vintage board. I almost bought it myself but then I realized it's MX Brown which I don't really like.

Wow, that is cheap, esp. if it's in decent shape. Dig all the relegendable keys.

Ah, it's a POS board—there's a card-swiper at the top. That explains the caps. Does that mean it wouldn't be usable with a PC? Or just that you'd need a driver to use the swiper?

The swiper just "types" the credit card data for you. AFAIK all swipers follow a standard format: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_stripe_card#Financial_cards
