Upgrade laptops keyboard?
« on: Mon, 01 June 2015, 23:33:49 »
Hello everyone, i have an HP Probook 450 G1 laptop, it's pretty good for my needs but the keyboard is trash.
I'm used to old keyboards (like HP Compaq workstations) and mechanicals.
Is it possible to replace the keyboard with a better one? Even chiclet but a good one!
Thanks:)

http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=pfu_keyboards,hhkbpro2 you're welcome

You can even get this + Hasu's bluetooth controller so that you have a wireless keyboard for your laptop. I use mine with my macbook and on the couch sometimes, works great!

If you are talking specifically about the integrated keyboard, then no. The keyboards are way too thin to have any considerable travel distance and most are not cross compatible with other models.
I proxy anything including keyboards (キーボード / 鍵盤), from both Japan (日本) and China (中國). For more information, you may visit my dedicated webpage here: https://www.keyboards.es/proxying.html
