Beckman terminal keyboard... seems to be a very unusually customized WY85 or similar... if you've always wanted that special keycap with a 'URINE' legend, don't miss your chance!

Finally, my "bodily fluids" keycap collection will be complete!

Actually, the keycaps on this unit are less...er, yellowed.

Though on the downside, you have to buy the entire machine.

Apparently a standard keyboard adapted to a very special clinical machine. Keys have been installed only for the purposes of that machine. Today, I think someone would adapt a POS keyboard instead.

Such a damn shame that these caps are not buckling-spring compatible.
