Stabs on Rapoo V500

Hi, I am wanting to find replacement keycaps for my V500 but the stabs look really odd. Would it be possible to find replacements for these so that I can change the keycaps?

I can't say I've ever seen any caps with those on the underside. Maybe you could change the stabs out for standard costar style stabs? How does the wire connect to the board itself?

I have one, the wire slides into Costar style stabs on the board. I think I've heard they aren't compatible with Costar though.
