This appears to be a Ducky DK9008, probably a Shine 2 or 3, possibly a YOTS edition. It has white Ducky PBT caps.

You can get the newer Ducky Shine 4 in white with printed caps fairly easily, i.e. Mechanicalkeyboards.com has some in stock with different switch types - I linked to a board with MX Browns. The older models are a little harder to come by - might want to check eBay or other classifieds to see if anyone's got one for sale.

Should be very easy to find a review on Ducky boards - they are well regarded for their build quality and value. The Ducky boards I linked to above are around $160 USD, regular Shine 4 boards are probably cheaper.

Doesn't look like a Ducky to me because Ducky keyboards have LEDs on the top and not the bottom of their switches. I don't think it's a Keycool either.
I proxy anything including keyboards (キーボード / 鍵盤), from both Japan (日本) and China (中國). For more information, you may visit my dedicated webpage here: https://www.keyboards.es/proxying.html

It could be a Keycool 108. I don't know of many other manufacturers that do 108 key boards, but I think Keycool also do the LEDs at the top of their switches. I know the KC84 with full backlighting has the LEDs on the top.

Those three red LEDs are what's throwing me though. Strange...
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Not a Ducky Shine 2/3 k-board.

Interesting...I did an image search and this was the only model that appeared. This blogger suggests it might be the G2 model. I'm probably wrong about the keycaps though. No idea.

I'm not an expert on Ducky's model numbering, but my DK9008G2 Pro doesn't have those red LEDs, and the blue lock LEDs are on the top. My only Keycool is the RGB 104, which has off-switch lock LEDs, but most (all?) of their replacement keysets have bottom LED windows.

I used Google Chrome to translate the page, not really any useful info, except that they want almost $550 USD (3390 Yuan) for it...wow.
