I see that this site is selling several G80-3000 variants:

The G80-3000LQCDE-2 is the one that has caught my eye, which should be a black cased ISO-layout with MX white switches. I was thinking I could buy the German layout and swap the key caps from my UK layout G80-3000LSCGB-2.

Has anybody had any dealings with that site before?

What is the deal with white MX (Q)? Are they clicky and tactile like the blues or are they non-clicky but tactile like the browns. Presumably on a genuine Cherry board they will be real Cherry switches, and not clones, so does that mean that they're really MX clear? Does that mean that they're like the browns but slightly more tactile and/or stiffer?

Correct. They are the "clears" but they are still pretty distinctly white, so with the apparent lack of a true white cherry switch, we call the "clears" white.
