Hey there fellow interwebbers
« on: Wed, 08 July 2015, 23:23:20 »
Hey there everyone, I'm Infamouslife7314 or infamous for short. I spend my time(and money) on many varied things. I like keyboards and all things related. My current board is a Cooler Master Quickfire Rapid with brown switches and the deep space set on it. I have had a Pok3r with clears and a Corsair K70 rgb with browns and loved them both but I prefer the TKL size the most so far. I also enjoy listening to music, and all kinds of it at that. I mostly listen to country but I also like rap/hip-hop, pop, indie, classic rock, and jam bands(Dave Matthews Band, O.A.R., Etc.).  Having a motorcycle is almost as freeing as your first mechanical keyboard lol. If anyone wants to talk feel free, I'm on reddit as well under the same code name.

Instead, I chose to ride a road bike but it wasn't the some.....
Anyway, welcome to geekhack!

Welcome to Geekhack!

A nice selection of keyboards you have tried.  Have you got a favourite out of that group?  A favourite switch?

There is a what are you listening to thread where you can discuss music with other GHers :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
