He modded. He had both for sale when he initially listed them, but swapped the caps.
I regret not jumping on that 23UB with white caps...

Correct, I bought both and swapped the caps. The Black 23ub with white keyset I used for 1 month. The White 23u with Black keyset is brand new with box.
