Amazing chinese board done in the same style as the KMAC Mini, which is a very very hard layout to find. Machining is top quality, and the board has never been assembled or even really touched.

CM Storm Quickfire TK - $30
This is the TKL layout with the integrated tenkey that doubles as navigation/arrow keys. Very interesting layout if you've never tried it out before. The case is painted with acrylic paint, and it is scraped/peeling in some places, so it will probably need a repaint. MX Blue switches.

I have an MSI CX61 2PC that I'm ready to let go of. You can read about it here on Newegg. This is a great gaming laptop if you're looking to spend the minimum amount of money, I've found that it will run most modern games on medium settings. The laptop is missing a "b" key, as you can see in the pictures. This has never been a problem for me, because you can still press the rubber dome to activate it. The laptop is currently wiped, but if you want I can put windows on it, it will just take an extra day.

Probably, yes. I almost only use QWERTZ caps anyways. How much shine do they have?

I've never been asked to rate the shine of caps, but I'd describe them as not too shiny. [I compared the look and roughness of often used keys like E with the spacebar. While the E feels smoother the look is barely different.] I'll take some pictures tomorrow if you'd like.
