I recognize it, but totally forget what it's called.  That looks like a rebrand of the keyboard.  They pop up on eBay all the time and are children's keyboards with undersized caps.  I've never seen them with all those colors before, but they're usually beige/cream/off white with that purple function row.

Datadesk Little finger, that's the board.  The LF-2100.

The Datadesk keyboard is close, but not exact. The Datadesk has a 1.25u left Windows key and a bigger ESC. Besides, Datadesk used to have these convex cylindrical function keys that were weird.

This Filco "dinoKidz" keyboard is a very close match.  The colour scheme and the printing on the keycaps match, but the case is very special ...
After some searching, I can see Filco did also make keyboards with regular cases as in the top post, but with Mac and JIS variants of the same layout.
There is a Mac variant of the dinokidz keyboard also but with simpler printing on the keycaps.

Edit: After some more searching, it seems that Filco is only one of several OEMs for that keyboard.
The manufacturer's model is Datacomp DMK96.
Macway made the Mac version in light grey, black and translucent black.
