HELP: Pok3r stuck in Layer 2/Keys not responding
« on: Wed, 21 October 2015, 02:27:12 »
I tried putting my Pok3r in Layer 2 for the first time (Had this keyboard for about a month). Now none of the keys work. Can't factory reset, and the LED is still on. I also tried unplugging it, then inserting it into another USB port.

You've tried the whole holding down both alt keys?

I'm assuming you've tried the FN+Shift and FN+Space toggles?

I have not. Just tried what was in the manual. Might as well try it now.

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone, btw.

Update: Still nothing.

Sounds like there is something wrong with it - I'd contact the reseller and see if they can give you a replacement unit

Hmm..that's disappointing as I purchased it from Amazon (through Corus KB). Should I contact Corus as my return window is closed.

Edit: It seems the 4th dips witch was "on" I turned it off, and I was able to reset the keyboard.

I'm assuming default/out-of-the-box Pok3rs have all the switches off?
