WASD custom keycaps help

I wanna order my custom keycaps and I make skin in inkscape. I put there a Union jack as they sayed in the tutorial. When I open it in inkscape I can see it, but when I open it in chrome I cannot see anything. I put there plus, to edit keyboard layout to language of my country, and I can see it on Imagein and chrome too, but it looks like it hasnīt got a layer. The union jack is in clipping mask layer (as they say in tutorial). I put link to the file so you can look at it. If you can see it please say if is not too pixelated to be printed, but please say if is ok and if not say how or repair it. I will be very thankful.

Is that text? Have you converted it to vector data?
If not, select all of your text/fonts, then go Path > Object to Path (Ctrl + Shift + C).
