USB Cable Identification

Not sure if this is the right forum for this. I was hoping to see where I could get a cable like the one in the picture below made. I'm sure it is a custom but I don't see any of the typical custom cable makers doing this design. The picture is from yuktsi and I did PM him but got no response. Does anyone know of a vendor or artisan that makes cables like this?

Soloist, thanks for the reply! I saw the pexon ones but didnt like the way they mated the connector.
