Hi, I found some potentially interesting keyboard on our local auction site:
http://www.aukcjoner.pl/gallery/021773556-1.html#I1

any ideas what's that?

I found some links on ebay too:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Idea-Courier-122RX33S-305E-Keyboard-701920-001-RJ11-Connector-/371118700567
with no real description though.

Honeywell Rubber dome. Possibly foil/foam but more likely a rubber dome. Reminds me a bit of the IBM Unsavers.

Definitely rubber dome. The Honeywell RX series comes in several variants 84RX, 101RX and 122RX where the number indicates the number of keys.

We're glad you asked about it, though, Cypis. It's always interesting to learn more about keyboards—that's why most of us are here.
