RIP Scott Weiland

If you haven't heard - Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver fame, has passed away.

I can't think of a band that I have more memories of my youth than they.

Post your favorite Scott Weiland song if you like...

I've only ever heard one Stone Temple Pilots song. Somehow it ended up on my computer many years ago, and I never know how it got there.

Stone Temple Pilots has been one of the most influential bands in my life and its a very sad day to see that Scott Weiland has passed away. He is an excellent singer and will be missed dearly. I had the opportunity to see STP in Denver a few years back, and im glad I did!

RIP Scott!

The article just says "passed away in his sleep" which could mean anything, but makes me assume drug overdose.

Detectives said a small quantity of cocaine was found in the bus’ bedroom where Weiland was found.

Wow. This brings back memories. I remember always wishing this song was longer.
