My favorite 60 is TMK ALPS64 (typing on it right now). I use this PCB with plates and case from KBP V60. Reasons: full programmability (awesome TMK firmware), Matias quiet switches, 60% form factor.

Do you have some pictures you may share?
From outside it basically looks identical to a normal V60 because I used case, plate and keycaps from V60. The real magic is the PCB inside. I also plan to get Matias's PBT caps to replace current caps, when the PBT caps become available to buy.

TMK Alps64 w/ Matias Quiet Switches in KBP V60 case.
Infinity60 with SKCM Orange Switches w/ TMK.
CM Storm QRF w/ Frosty Flake controller, Cherry MX Blue Switches and TMK firmware.

Coming:
Ellipse Model F F62.

Dude, I love sleeper boards. Boards that look like a stock OEM board but are packing a real punch under the caps. So nice! :D

TKL: KBParadise V80MTS, as it's the only one available with standard TKL and Alps switch compatibility since the Filco Zero was discontinued. I put SKCM Blues in it and it's my favourite keyboard overall.

60%: Does the FC660C count as 60%? I like it because of the layout (I use the arrow keys and nav cluster constantly) and because it's a 60% with plate-mounted Topre, which I prefer over the HHKB.

If you are going to spare some keys, you may as well just go all the way and go 60%.  It is true that cutting only the number pad allows you access to dedicated home, end, and arrow keys.  However, once I have gotten used to the 60% layout I liked it better and when going back to the larger board it felt cramped.  The 87% cuts only 3 inches or so, but the 60% cuts 6 inches, which is pretty substantial.
KPB V60 Gateron Browns and Leopold Keycaps.  Poker 3 with Gateron Browns and Poker keycaps.  Poker 3 with Cherry MX Browns, ABS keycaps and white LED's.

Leopold FC660M- my new favorite, right out of the box.

For 87 I have my Jane and Orion, enjoy both of them so much. I enjoy the functionality of Duck's board, the TX87 pcb in the Jane is very nice but the firmware is lacking.

For 60% I've only ever used the Pok3r, it was my first mech and I enjoyed it at first but quickly lost interest. I would love to build a Duck Eagle though, aluminum cases all the way.
