The season looks to be off to a bad start, before it's even started... BBC to give up broadcasting rights of F1 to ITV

Well at least it means Sky won't get exclusive rights...

I wonder who they will get to host it. Hopefully DC and Eddie move over to them.

Sky maintains there exclusive rights to the whole Championship, all it means is that ITV will host the few live races the BBC used to host, which means you'll get to enjoy races with advert breaks...

Still the best races IMO

Ad breaks I don't mind too much, it's how I remember watching them when I was younger anyway. And so long as they don't put adverts after like, three laps when overtakes are still happening, I will be alright. Just so long as there aren't some ****ing random people dragged up from the depths of the world of 90s motor racing...

I mean, time will tell.. personally I like to watch a lot of the pre-season testing and all that ****... I think if I didn't have sky I would switch to being a WEC fan as you can get access to the whole season for like £20

Nevermind, it will just be ****ed like NFL Gamepass is thanks to Sky.

Yeah there is a pass, it's called a full Sky package with the Sky Sports add-on and will cost you like £35 a month (or something i don't even know) lmao

I don't pay for sky myself my parents have it and I can use the anytime **** on my phone so I have to watch all the races on my phone, but it's better than nothing :/

I watched the race on mute at work, but holy **** it was good.

Alonso's crash was brutal, but I hope the race directors don't take any action. Seems like Alonso just mis-judged when Gutierrez was going to brake, and he hadn't finished his overtaking manoeuvre in time.

Verstappen's battle with Sainz was good without having to listen to his whining on the radio, it's definitely entertaining to watch the race, I just hope Torro Rosso don't change the way the two of them race each other. I think Sainz thinks it's quite funny how much Max got pissed off

)

Lewis' start was really dreadful, I'm sure there's an explanation for it, but his tacticians really nailed it.
