it's realy hard to explain how to feel the keycaps....
maybe our feeling is wrong.

I was placing order with imsto to get for myself a Ducky104 for review purpose. But then the order did not fall through, in fact imsto abandoned the order with simply a PM said: "I do not care about the order; I got my job and many friends here in China would love to know more about this kbds and keycaps..." It's seems to me the keyboard will not be popular outside china. Ducky could be a good keyboard but its service sux, the website doesn't work correctly, poor customer service. I am out, very upset and probably NEVER get a China-made keyboard again.

i've thought about you were asking me about how many people've make the order, it's so ... just becase of the misconstrue，now everything's ok
maybe joneslee85 might be the reseller in AUS, then the shipping cost might reduce a lot i think.
so i will check every word i said if i was expressing my opinion correctly.

Written communication can sometimes cause some misunderstandings. Words by themselves have no meaning, it's us who give meaning them. Because of this, sometimes different people attach different meanings to the same word.

I should stop taking psychology classes :-)

Seriously though, I prefer to have face to face conversation or phone conversation whenever I can because the receiver of the message gets cues than just text.

Miscomm. My apology. I just don't understand how KBC work. Is it a company or just a community group?

And guys, if the deal is thru, you guys can order from me any keycaps, Ducky u like. It will be shipped worldwide and no payment hassle.

The KBC caps I ordered are stuck in the German customs, so it will take some more days until I get them! :/

We have never sell keycaps to abroad,some customer just buy a lot keycaps and take them out of China. Maybe this is why it could be find in German.and it may works.
KBC's working like a group, 7 guys like me. we have our job, and is doing all this stuff with parttime, it realy take a lot time. have meettings with some kind of internet voice communication. we are think of how it works better, none of us has ever doing things like found a new brand, there's a lot of mistakes, we will try to change it.
i must make the announcement that when i registered here i am not a part of KBC, i'm here to share the things what we are doning. If i can help you, i will try.

i said the shipping cost's about 600, because i checked on DHL http://www.cn.dhl.com/publish/cn/zh.high.html here, 3kg about 600rmb.
