Converting IBM Model M terminal keyboard to work with standard PC

Can anyone provide me with information for converting my newly acquired IBM Model M terminal keyboard to one that works with a standard PC?
The part number is 1392565,  it has an RJ-45 plug and I don't have a clue as to how to proceed.
