i was leaning towards a hyperfuse theme as well with the teal, but the side lighting intrigues me. How difficult would it be to have that done, i finally get a soldering iron tomorrow in the mail  :thumb:

Yeah, not from the USA. Thats why I'm asking. I'll look around and see if I can get them for a good price (Mouser wants 20€ shipping), otherwise I would find it very awesome if you could order them together with the stuff for the fully assembled boards.

Album is up of the sample. First time I'm trying the lightbox so go easy :P

Also kind of rushed so no post editing on those images.

Right now it's just single kits... Getting additional acrylic mid sections would mean invoicing would be a lot more annoying, shipping costs could be tipped over the break point (1KG) and it may or may not increase production lead times. Possibly for round two I'll just order a bunch of extra parts along with the main order but right now I'm keeping it simple and straightforward.

This is exactly my problem.

I couldn't decide if I wanted cyan or black centers for my purple plates. I went with black which seemed like the safe option, but I have no idea if it's the right decision or not :'(

Black plate with orange acrylic, SkiData+ style.

Also, I'd be up for soldering for people in UK/EU. I've only enough stabs for my board though.

Could order a few sets though if there's any interest. Also going to get a big pack of Gateron Blacks.

I originally wanted to go w/ an NES themed colors, but changed my mind incase go w/ leds later. So, I went with a black aluminum case, a 3020 (light blue) translucent acrylic, and a 5020 (smoke grey) translucent acrylic. I believe, it'll allow me more key cap color options too. I'm really looking forward to this. I might going after an NES keyboard color theme the next round. Who knows. More than anything, thank you Glitch3d for making this group buy possible!

I went with black plates and the 9T26 acrylic because of it's interesting appearance. I guess it's a black acrylic under ambient light and becomes much lighter under direct light. Anyway, googled that acrylic number, http://www.respect.com.cn/en/proview.asp?id=29,  and found that it's manufactured by "Respect Gelatinous Products", great name!! :D

I just went with black plates and 1020 trans red acrylic. Nothing too exciting, but should match more than a few keycap sets. Thinking of putting the granite elvish set on this little guy

Looks like we have the original 50 units ordered! (Once I remove duplicate submissions).

I'll start preparing the invoices for those 50. Since only 1 person needs assembly I'll visit gracious Nathan for that one unit.

Leaving the form open for waitlisters of course, however we shouldn't have too many drop outs (fingers crossed).

Thanks everyone! I'll write up clear instructions and make a video for flashing the keyboard.

I will take a stab at doing it. I've used TMK before, but never set up a new project. I have a need for it as the GUI tool doesn't seem to support what I have in mind (or maybe it does and someone can show me?): tap for input 1 ('space' input), hold for input 2 (momentary layer 'Fn0').
