Hypothetical question
« on: Wed, 03 February 2016, 19:22:31 »
Deadpool vs Wolverine, fight to the death, who wins?

I say Deadpool, because Deadpool is the only character that knows they are comic characters, and probably knows of Wolverines hidden super power, Fan Favorite.

It really depends. Their regenerative powers are about the same, with Deadpool's maybe being a little stronger. However, Wolverine is reinforced with an adamantium skeleton, and that is almost impossible to break.

Yes, but to kill one of them you'd probably want to start by decapitating them and then slicing the head to ribbons. Wolverine can do that to Deadpool, but Deadpool can't do that to Wolverine.

I will be honest here, I never really got into comics, though I have friends who are.  Can you site a source?  Not doubting, simply curious.

I don't know the exact issues, but if you get the first trade of Daniel Way's complete Deadpool it should be the first collected story. I forget who won, or if it was a stalemate of sorts.
I think it was a stalemate of sorts.

Deadpool.

Deadpool can be pretty much be completely destroyed and still regenerate (Decapitated head, Ripped in half, etc)

Wolverine would die if decapitated or ripped in half. (As noted when all of the avengers and xmen fought Hulk and Hulk ripped wolverine in half)

Depends which Wolverine.  Some story arcs he has bone claws without adamantium.   They picked that up in one of the newer movies.
