A few people have mentioned rounds and the prospect of being able to choose which caps you'd like, honestly there are so many choices I prefer the randomization method hahaha.

Yup Yup - fully random on this run. No additional rounds are planned with the exception of re-raffling the inevitable unpaid invoices.

With all of the randomness, I assume there will be a good amount of trading going on post sale. So you'll probably still have a pretty good shot at getting what you're looking for.
