wow nice findsweet pickups guys
I also find it intriguing that they are fitted with Clears. A welcome change from boring Blacks these old boards come with.

Quote from: swimmingbird on Wed, 17 February 2016, 06:26:44This is peasant fodder for PhotekqThey're a good source for clears. The ones in the board I had were pretty smooth. You'll find that some of the boards he sells are pristine and others are dog****. Shame these were never made with ANSI caps!
yeah the vintage clears were a pretty big factor for meI remember hearing you say that you thought that they were pretty decent (maybe it was the livestream?)

Old/worn in. I have some unfortunate news for you though.. Diodes! Have fun desoldering it!

One could harvest caps, sliders, switch tops without desoldering anything.
The clears they came with are really smooth. Seems like some of them were prelubed. There is a good discussion to be found on Deskthority about this seller. They were about $50 until he realized keyboard enthusiasts were willing to pay much more.

I would have paid 100€ each easily. Very good condition, very high quality caps and way better than ISO UK for me. This over any new ISO UK GMK set anytime.
