Problem with Keycool DIY kit.

My keyboard has been assembled completely, but my computer noticed that " usb device not recorginised " and driver is " unknown device "
I have tried many method but it wasnt useful, i also tried with other computer
Please Help

I'm not familiar with that kit but "device not recognised" is a problem between the computer and the controller chip - check for shorts on the USB socket soldering and the controller chip itself.
If in doubt post pics and a link to the kit so we know what you're dealing with
