Are you asking about where it states that you can open the switch casing? If yes, that does not mean hot swappable. It just means that you can change the spring or slider inside the switch without desoldering. You still have to solder the switch.

If you want to make it hot swappable you would have to purchase some of the adapters that would allow you to just slide the switch into them, but that would have to be ordered separately.

Yes, sorry I am on mobile, so it is hard to go through and search the forums for their exact name. If you do a search for hot swappable switches it should come up, as the method has been just recently started to be used. It is basically a pin sleeve.

If you are asking if they would work to make the LEDs hot swappable as well. I believe so, but you would have to find the right size.
