Hmm, this is less than 2 hours away from me.  Maybe I'm missing something, but all I see for shipping is "varies"

very tempting as April 11th is my birthday, though I was born in 88, not 94.

Says free for me now.  I was at work when I looked before.  Must have had something blocked.

Sold as-is, not tested.  Probably just 'cause he has no way to test it, but anyway.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Good point. In my limited experience, i've never actually seen a terminal board that was claimed to be tested.
And if they said it was tested, I might be less confident in trusting the seller  :))

Unless they were a large reseller and just have a soarer cable on hand.

This has been sold.

Do I have the ability to close this type of thread or is it just supposed to die a natural death?

It'll die and fade down in the list as soon as people stop commenting.

So, I'm not helping, but I did answer the question...

If you want to lock it, as thread creator you should see a "LOCK" button in the bottom left corner of the page.

But don't do it.  Sometimes the person purchasing will comment after a sale, or they'll be more questions, or a followup listing.

Let it die naturally.
