Not especially cheap (£19.99+£4.41 postage), and I don't know how good it is, but googling suggests it's mechanical. 29 days left on the auction, so plenty of time to research if you're interested.

Possibly Futaba going by this kbdmania review, but the translation isn't very helpful.
