It was inevitable. It's almost impossible for a desirable keyboard to go unnoticed at auction at these days.

Even an auction titled "Computer Keybroad" with a potato pic, misplaced and buried in the Women's Clothing category, is likely to be found eventually.

This is what I have been banking on for a while. Almost got a Salmon Alps Dell AT101, a DC-3014, and something else for like $30, but the seller ended it early after realizing what he had :'( Total potato pic, and the title was 'computer keyboards' or something like that.

This keyboard does not interest me visually in any way, and I think that Videonics logo looks tacky as hell. But hey, if people want it for the 1800 caps or actually like its case, then to each their own!

Sorry, I know there are some that probably hold this one close to their heart. :(

Just watch any further posts on Ebay, regarding this keyboard because the seller probably won't get the money and he'll be back to sell it.


Then again $560 for a new 1800 keyboard, isn't that exorbitant compared to some Kmac and SSK Models  8)  .

So this is a previously unknown Cherry variant? And it's NIB? Are those the only reasons it went for so much? It's not even clear what kind of switches it has?
