This one is the ridiculous QWERTZ layout, where some German dude decided the cute way to make a new keyboard layout would be to take the existing stupid American standard, and just swap a random pair of letters. So now it’s not only stupid, but just slightly different. Woo!

Here’s one from the early 20th century:

(This particular typewriter has the right idea about where to put numbers though, I must admit.)

Anyhow, this G80-5000 is still a great keyboard. Pretty easy for someone who wants to type in English to swap the keycaps out for blanks.

Jaffers: can you rehost images to imgur or similar? Anything hotlinked from ebay is going to disappear sooner or later.

I use JIS layout sometimes, with ISO enter, so it doesn't bother me that much
