There is a keyboard from DSI, I think, that puts those keys and the numpad on the left, but I don't know of any that has just the page nav cluster on the left side.  The Northgate Evolution has that cluster in the middle.

Try looking for Left-handed keyboards, they will move those keys and sometimes others to the left side of the board.

you could just buy an el-cheapo separate numpad and place that on the left side.

turn mousekeys on and you can use it to navigate pages with arrow keys and page up/down buttons then by press numlock  it can be use as a mice.

but yes, i am looking for a left handed tenkeyless keyboard. my "creative" solution so far would be to buy a left handed keyboard and cut off the numpad, but i would much rather buy one than make one.

Which is ironic, as the standard layout is much more convenient for lefties than for the right-handed majority. Has always puzzled me.

I'm right handed but use a left-handed mouse.  I started doing this after I got tendinitis for the second time.  All servers and most of the computers at work were set up for righties, so by using a left-handed mouse on my own workstations, I was able to balance the load and thus take some of the stress off my right wrist.

It's nice using a left-handed mouse with a 104-key keyboard, as it gets the num pad out of the way and lets me have my mouse closer to the alphanumeric keys.  Plus, I can mouse with my left hand and write with my right!  Much more ergonomic it seems.

Personally, I'd say that the Home/End/Pageup/Pagedown cluster and the arrow cluster are more of a waste of space than the number pad. All they do is they add functions that are already built into the number pad. They should make keyboards with just the number pad to save space. That way, entering numbers is easier but it still doesn't take up too much room in a cramped setting.

Numpad just duplicates the number row, so it's inherently a waste of space unlike the arrow cluster on a Space Saver design. And some software (particularly outside of the magical world of Windows) doesn't work properly with the arrow keys on the numpad. I thought numpad only would be a good idea, then I used such a keyboard and found it finnicky.

I've actually found the number pad to make entering large amounts of numbers much easier. I used keyboards without number pads for years and I hated them.
