(concept)

The idea is that you can always bring your own keyboard so you don't have to touch for ex. public keyboards.

i used to do that at work -- with an AEKII
:loco:

ignoring the bizarrely extraneous End key, what do you guys think of the Right Shift / Arrows placement?

in general, i despise concept designers.

they basically get paid to do the same "now wouldnt it be cool if" that everyone else does every day.

i guess i should really hate then the car companies and whoever else that employ people for this crap.

i mean how many hours did you play extreme-G to think up that one?

Since it could hardly be a very good keyboard - no tactile response or key travel - they shouldn't have stopped at making it a keyboard. Instead, to provide a reason for tolerating a substandard keyboard, this folding fan should be... a whole computer, not just a keyboard.

That thing doesn't look the least bit ergonomic.

Well, they could improve it by making it go the other way, so that the keyboard is stepped conventionally with the rows near the top of the keyboard higher.

Looks like a contender for a new Mac keyboard.  It's minimalist, stupid and somewhat attractive.  Oh, I forgot to mention that it would take considerable engineering expertise to make it work and for very little benefit to the user.  Again, Steve Jobs would wet himself if he saw this.

I don't like that. I like a tactile response or any kind of response.
