First.....and Last KBP V60 with MX Whites..
« on: Fri, 13 May 2016, 14:15:20 »
So when i had the chance to buy a KBP V60 with Cherry MX whites given only 150 of the keyboard was made and each is numbered i jumped at the chance from at the very least a collector stand point.   I know all the talk about MX Whites being inconsistent so i knew what i was getting into from the start....man oh man.

Never again would i buy a Cherry MX White based keyboard...what a mess it's FAR worse than you have read about.  One switch feels like a smoother MX Green...the one next to it feels like an MX Black with an MX Brown bump..the one next to that feels and sounds like an MX white usually should...just such insane inconsistency it's nuts.

So if you are even remotely considering MX Whites heed my warning they are even MORE inconsistent than you have read.  Granted i bought mine from a collector stand point so i don't really care.

yep, there's a reason they're so uncommon

Yeah, still though given the relative rarity and i love 60%'s glad i bought one while i had a chance given how few were made.
