Can you increase the speed of resin curing?

Pretty simple question, if I make the room / mould slightly warmer will it cure faster?

I have a 3D printer with enclosure and heated bed, am considering just using it as a very tepid warm oven.

I know the silicone will be fine, will the resin have issues?

Both polyurethane and epoxy resin are heat kick so yes the cure speed is a function of temp.

I have the bed at 60 atm, so 140 in American money.

Just feels slightly warm to touch.

Basically what ETF said. Also humidity directly correlates with cure rate for many resins and silicones.

I suggest looking up the spec sheet for the resin/silicone, the manufacturer should have the cure/temp correlation available there. You'll get all the information you need for the particular chemistry you're using.

When increasing the temperature, you may experience more shrinkage from both the resin and the silicone, that depends on what you're using. This should be in the datasheet as well.
